Purchasing & Payment

We accept MasterCard, and Visa Debit/ Credit cards through the WiPayTM Secure Online Gateway and Linx payments on delivery. 

At this time, we only accept one payment method per order.

Yes, your payment information is protected with industry-standard encryption to ensure your data is secure during every transaction.

If you are paying with a credit card, in order to minimize fraud, we must be able to speak to you from your billing phone number in order to confirm and verify your order with you.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier’s website.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. On the day your order is scheduled to be delivered, you will receive a text and/ or call from the courier confirming the time of your delivery.

At this time we only offer standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days for local orders and 5 to 7 business days for international shipping. During peak seasons (February & December) delivery time can increase up to 3 business days.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that based on your location, you may be subject to additional charges due to local duty fees.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable. Visit our refund policy for more details and to initiate a return.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How should I care for my jewelry to ensure it lasts?

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid exposure to sulfur-based chemicals, remove it from the box after purchase, before swimming or showering, and store it in a soft cloth pouch or a velvet-lined jewelry box. Clean your pieces regularly with a soft cloth or our recommended jewelry cleaner.Ā
