We believe in the quality of our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects or issues resulting from the workmanship or manufacturing process of your jewelry.

Please note, our warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, fading, or tarnishing)
  • Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, moisture, or excessive force
  • Modifications or repairs made by any party other than Anton Est 1996

Important Information

By submitting a warranty claim, you agree to the following:

  • Return for Inspection: If your claim is accepted, you’ll be required to return the item for quality assessment.

  • Replacement or Credit: If the same item is available, a replacement will be provided. If it’s discontinued or out of stock, you’ll receive store credit equal to the item’s purchase value.

  • Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased through third-party vendors are not covered under this warranty.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Using an outside repair service or making alterations will void this warranty.

  • Promotional Items: Complimentary or promotional pieces may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
